Hi, I have a problem with one of our engineers who is unable to open a .easm file created in SolidWorks 2014 SP2 with eDrawings viewer 2014.

Both are the latest versions of the software and both are installed on Windows 7. When an attempt to open the file with eDrawings viewer a message is displayed stating that this file was created in a newer version of SolidWorks and we need to download the latest version of eDrawings.

I have confirmed that this the latest version of eDrawings so I am at a bit of a loss as to what else to try.

Any ideas?

I should add that although most of our engineers use SolidWorks a few of them still use AutoCAD, this one included.
