Hello,

When a solidworks 2011 user export an objects (with the edrawing viewer embedded) it works...

but when an user would like to open the file, it does nothing.

I've found the issue: we need to install the C++ 2008 Distributable on those clients (plenty of computers).

The problem: my boss seems to avoid those installations.... (don't ask me why, I don't want to speak about that idioty), so I there any other possibility ?
