Hi All,

What would prevent me from being able to update version comments from the History dialog?  The fields are all greyed out.  Is it a permissions thing?  I know I was able to edit one a few weeks ago, and I can't figure out how that one was different than now.  I feel like I'm missing something obvious.

I've tried as both my regular username and as Admin.
