For a long time our company has edited the calloutformat.txt file to replace with the text THRU since thru all is frowned upon in our callouts.  Only today I realized that the simple act of opening calloutformat.txt and saving it whether changes are made or not will break these callouts so solidworks calls the holes out as if they are non-hole wizard features with none of the stored helicoil information.  I've tried saving in various formats, utf8, ansi, utf8 with BOM etc (by opening up in vscode) and still doesn't work.  I also tried replacing the trademark symbols within the text file with (R) and that also didn't work.  perhaps there are other non-unicode characters causing havoc?  Has anyone successfully edited "calloutformat.txt" and maintained helicoil associativity with the hole wizard?
