This is very disconcerting! I have exported a parasolid of a large, important assembly for archive purposes. I wanted to trim down the number of components in the export, so I opened the parasolid and began deleting them. After a while, Solidworks gave me a pop-up asking if I wanted to save changes before closing files (existing files!). I say no, obviously, and I opened the original assembly to see what was going on, and the edits that I made to the parasolid showed up in the original! I knew solidworks had terrible file handling, but this is insane! Has anyone else run into this issue?
