The following problem occurs:

I have a sheet of stainless steel (which is not important for the case study) with thickness 1 mm and I have to make Edge flanges with radius 16 mm. The problem is that when I flatten it it looks obviously not right. This is the main problem. The other problem is that up to me the edges shouldn't be so opened. Can anybody help me fix it?
