Whenever I create an edge flange with a custom profile on a sheet metal part, Solidworks automatically adds a bend relief cut into the flat pattern.  I've attached a picture and part file to better describe what I mean.  This auto-relief is not inserted if I use sketched bends.  The way we make our parts, we don't use any relief at the bend.  I need the drawing of the flat pattern to accurately reflect our process.  I find edge flanges to be more convienent and would like to continue using them - however I would need to eliminate this auto-relief.  Is there any way to turn this option off?
