In the attached example, I want to add 4 PEM studs to a plate.  I drill 4 holes for the studs, then import one stud.  I position the stud in one of the holes, then use the hole location sketch to define a sketch driven pattern.  It then creates 4 more studs, one of which is coincident with the original.
