Hello SolidWorks Forum,

I sometimes need to email PDF versions of drawings from my vault. Either this is a very bothersome process or I just haven't figured out the smart way yet.

When I want to send a PDF via e-mail I go to my vault -> find the drawing -> right click -> Show PDF version -> save as -> chose desktop -> attach file to mail from desktop -> send.

Is it possible to change the location where SoldWorks PDM saves the PDF version of drawings to a know place, so it is easier to attach or is there a much simpler way?
