At this moment i'm setting up some notifications for transitions. I've set our 2 'gatekeepers' to be notified when someone proceeds with this transition state.

My issue is when the dialog box comes up, giving the option to choose those to notify and comment, the notification box to choose users and the filter input are both inactive. So I'm unable to chose someone to notify. Is there a specific permission that i'm missing?
