Is there a way I can duplicate an existing vault (the vault configuration and settings, but not the files themselves) in Enterprise PDM 2012?

I can recreate the folder structure myself, but I want to haver a 2nd "testing" vault for myself (to test proposed changes--without effecting our primary vault).

I've tried doing an export from the current "primary" vault but always have issues with exporting and importing.  Is there a way that I can just tell PDM to copy the configuration of an existing vault?
