In the image below you can see a note with two leaders

It shows what "exists" between the two leaders. (any one know the proper term for this ?)

How do I do this ?

I tried creating a blank note,

Ctrl clicking the arrow gives you two leaders, but can I change how it behaves ?

I know it is common in cross sections, am I missing something obvious ?
