I have encountered a situation where one user creates the PRT (U1) and another creates the DRW (U2).

U1's credentials end up on the DRW as creator, and U2 is understanably miffed at this.

No matter what I do, I cannot get U2's name to stay on the data card and DRW file having saved and checked in.

Ideas on a nice solution plz?
