Drive Works Solo - copying Models in Large Assemblies and Combining Projects

Hello,

I realize this may not be the most appropriate place to ask these questions. I have already posted them on the DriveWorks forum, but I thought I would also ask here as the community is much larger and I may be able to get additional insights from more experienced users.

I am new to DriveWorks and am currently evaluating its capabilities after moving from DriveWorks Express. I am testing various features to determine whether DriveWorks Solo/Pro would be a suitable solution for implementation in my company.

I have a couple of questions regarding DriveWorks and working with larger assemblies.

First, is there a simple way to copy models within a large, complex assembly?

For example, I have a chest of drawers with two rows of three drawers each. Let's assume that each drawer will be different. If I create one drawer and capture all of its dimensions and features, can I easily copy it so that I end up with six drawers that share the same captured dimensions and features, while still allowing each drawer to have its own unique input values?

My second question is about combining existing DriveWorks projects.

For example, I already have separate DriveWorks projects for a sink and a cabinet. Is it possible to combine them into a single assembly?

I am aware of the Layout functionality, but as I understand it, it allows each assembly to be controlled independently. What I would like to achieve is to combine them into a single assembly and then apply a single Form Navigation structure to control the entire assembly as one project.

Thank you very much for your time and for any advice.
