When editing text in a drawing and using the keyboard arrows to navigate the cursor up and down a line of text, I see a trail of ghostly remnants of the cursor between every character it passes. Makes it difficult to see where the cursor actually is.

I'm on 2013 sp3, but this has been an issue for many releases.

Possibly my graphics card, but has anyone else experienced this issue?
