We're noticing that in 2019 when we start a new blank drawings & bring in our drawing border templates that none of the custom properties are populating like they did in previous versions.

In our border templates we have properties such as tool number, tool name & other things that get populated in the title block from the custom properties that are within the border template file. In all previous versions, we would start with a blank drawing template & then update the drawing sheet with the correct border & correct title block information in the custom properties & they would populate the drawing correct. Now in 2019 when we do that none of the properties are coming in with the drawing borders. What would have changed in 2019 that keeps that from happening now.
