We have several drawings with references to parts that are not in the drawing. These drawing were created outside PDM (offline). The hightlighted part (image above) is not in the drawing. We can't remove this reference, we have tried erasing everything in the drawing (just to test) but can't get rid of it.

Note this problem is occurs in several drawing with different parts and references.
