Is it possible to draw nanometer components? I'm not trying to simulate, but would simply like to draw everything in the correct dimensions.

I have some MEMS devices with nanometer thin-films which are quite important.

I've tried to change the precession to include the nanometer range and I've tried to change the units to custom units and set the units to mm, microns or nanometers, but the smallest feature solidworks seems to allow is 100 nm.

The simple solution is to blow everything up in scale so that the smallest component is drawn as 100 nm, but that would introduce various problems later on and I would prefer simply drawing in nanometer.

I can draw components which are 101 nm, but not the components that I want which are 25 nm or 50 nm.

Does anyone know what setting I have overlooked which will allow Solidworks to accept extrusions of 25 nm?
