I can't seem to figure out what is going on with the dimension formatting with my drawing templates.  In the attached image the black dimension and hole callout are correct.  These are already on the template.  The gray .105 dimension is newly added but not the correct color.  It is the same layer as the other dimension.  I recently upgraded to 2015 and I'm assuming there is some default that needs to be changed but I cannot figure it out.  If I add a new hole callout it is formatted correctly.  New dimensions are not.  How do I fix this?
