I don't want to use the "detail" number on my drawing showing a number "1" through whatever.

I want to show the actual sub assembly number and point to any component on the sub assembly and see the one number.

I have created a Detail indented BOM on the drawing and can show the ITEM number - that works fine, but when I change the Balloon text to Part Number(BOM), File Name or Custom Properties I don't see nor can I show Part-Number or File Name. It doesn't show the Sub-Assembly - Part Number.

Have any of you figured this out?
