Im trying to draw a wedding ring. Looking at the front of it, the ring has a round inside diameter and a concentric outside diameter. The thickness between both the ID and OD is the same throughout.  However looking at the top view of it, there is one radius that changes into a different radius multiple times.

I tried making a 3D sketch and then sweeping along that 3D sketch, however I cannot put in dimensions for the 3D sketch. Im unsure how to get started in drawing this.
