Please is there a way to create a window / textbox in a drawing template which will automatically correspond to the draftsman's name? ie. For a draftsman named Isaac Newton the textbox will automatically show IN as his initials? I assume it would have to be based on the computer login which is in our company based on the first four letters of the first and family name, so Isaac Newton would be logged as isaanewt. Alternatively, if the textbox could show the name or login it will be great as well.

Also, is it please possible to set up a window / textbox in a drawing template automatically showing the date on which the drawing was created?
