I am unable to get my product activated. I have tried multiple times but the software will not send an email to me for activation. The program will not run until an activation is completed and just disappears from the screen. Has anyone encountered this issue before? What can be done to get this activated?

I feel it is counter productive to me to require activation of a free product.
