Hi guys,

I'm having problems with this draft..

Im giving it a 1 degree angle draft but on one side I get this 'bump' between something that solid has decided is two different surfaces which I cannot delete and patch.

Needless to say, this new edge is a no-go for a mold.

How do I eliminate it and create a continuous line for the draft?

Tried delete+fill as well, create one surface out of the two but it wont draft it.

Tried using a fillet, no success making it "smooth"
