SW2011 x64 SP4.0

   I have a drawing based on a fairly complex model (1292 resolved components).  SolidWorks insists on turn on Draft Quality HLR/HLV on the drawing views. When I turn the feature off, it turns it right back on again.  I cannot get clean drawing views. All I can get are pixellated views.

   I have problems like this on other drawings, but not this persistant.  What can I do?

   Is there any way to turn this Draft Quality feature off permanently on everything?  I never want this.
