I have a part that i need to make a draft around a perimeter,

not sure if i can make it do what i want to do, the portion stepped down needs to be drafted at an angle away from the center of the part, or in otherwords away from the centerline drawn in. Draft needs to be away from wall of step.

This is SW2013 file, thanks for any feedback
