I am having trouble with the new dowel holes in SolidWorks 2015 SP 1.1.

When I create a drawing view all of my holes automatically get a center mark except dowel holes, I get the dowel symbol automatically which is good but no center marks.

Is there a setting I am missing somewhere? I went through both the system and document options but did not see any obvious setting to control this.

I this by design or is this another bug? If this is by design why would you exclude dowel holes and can you change this to atomically add them?
