Does anyone know how to create double pitch sprockets other than completely drawing them? I'm using a No. 40 Double Pitch chain. When I try to mate the rollers of the chain concentric with the teeth on the sprocket, the mate will not work because the geometries are not the same. I tried to use the general sprockets in the Toolbox, but a single pitch No. 40 sprocket will not work for a double pitch chain because the double pitch length is too small. When I use a No. 80 sprocket, the length is too long. Any ideas?
