I am running into some trouble when trying to update my drawing templates. I want to enable the option "Add view label on view creation" for Orthographic and Other views. I opened my drawing template and enabled those options, then saved the template and closed it. When I open a new drawing, or just open the template again, the option remains checked for Orthographic Views but reverts to being unchecked for Other Views.

Has anyone run into this problem, or could you try it and let me know if you get the same behavior?
