Do the employees even monitor these posts?

It's pretty clear that the Solidworks of update 12/5/2025 has caused the product to be unusable for a lot of people.  The community is trying to help each other out and that is great!  But I pay annual fee to this company to use their products.  They force an update on a Friday night and then don't have any official statements or updates to the community.  
I understand this is a weekend, but the company chose to do this update on a weekend; not the customers.  
Sigh.  I sure I'm just screaming in the void.  Getting close to moving to another platform.  The hassle of learning a new system is easier than paying for a product that doesn't work.
