It is NOT ready for prime time.

My team is having issues, some major, and I've lost several days of productivity so far!

One issue we're having is the software's ability to rebuild assemblies with multibody parts and sub assemblies.  It does not rebuild properly and so bodies are missing from the display,

One assembly I have has about 1000 bodies.  When I open it, I can only see maybe 100 bodies.

I can open the parts and do a Ctrl-Q and the bodies regenerate and then show in the top level, but try doing this for hundreds of parts.

Then when I reopen the file the next time, they are all gone again.

I've spent 5-6 hours on the phone with the VAR.

AGAIN, FAIR WARNING, DO NOT INSTALL 2016 YET!
