Im considering opting in on a makers/DIY license for my private projects, and i have some concerns.
The reason for me considering a makers/DIY project is so that i can get familiar with solidworks (im currently not using solidworks), and get to know the software in order to get proficiency with solidworks in a professional setting (im an engineer student) so i can broaden my skill set. im not really concerned about where the buttons are compared to my current CAD software, im just concerned that the makers/DIY license and software is a dumbed down version of the full license and lack key features in a way that i cant apply my experience with solidworks in a professional setting.
i hope someone has insight to guide me here, i dont want to buy a subscription if the experience is totaly different.
