Ok, I have an odd issue that I just can't seem to track down.  Here is what I am doing.

- New File

-Select new drawing

-Sheet Format Dialog comes up.  I select my title block.  Check mark in the Display sheet format box. 

-Click ok

the title block is not there.  I right click in the drawing, select properties.  The Display sheet formax box is unchecked.  Check it and hit ok and I am in business and ready to go.

Why is it doing this to me?
