I have been having an issue where the Auto Dimension Scheme of DimXpert shows an in the annotation

This happens on tapped through holes with near and far side countersinks.

If I use the countersink only on one side, the issue doesn't happen.

If I use a non-tapped hole in the hole wizard, the issue doesn't happen.

I have gone as far as fully reinstalling solidworks but this has not resolved the issue. I made sure to delete all solidworks design folders before reinstalling.

Before and after reinstalling I also checked the "calloutformat.txt". SW points to it correctly but it does not contain the "holeDia" (or "holedia") string, at least not with some other charaters attached.
