For some reason, newly added dimensions are not appearing on the drawing.  I select two lines, and nothing appears to allow me to place the dimension.  But if I place it, I do see all the dimension handles but no dimension.  Then if I try to click in the area where the dimension should be, I cannot see to select anything.

Any thoughts?
