can  you make the dimensions in solidworks show up as fractions? ie 1/32???

I have an assembly that when i try and add a ballon it wont pic up the part.  just has an astric, pics up all other parts, and it shows the part in the bom but wont pick it up when i try to attatch the bubble to it?
