When a sketch dimension that is defined in a Design Table is moved (i.e. drag it to a new position on the screen), the message "You attempted to change a field that is currently locked by a Design Table" is incorrectly triggered. Also, when adding or editing an equation, simply clicking on the DT dimension (e.g. to include that dimension without typing it by hand) also triggers the same message. Attempts to move/reference a dimension that is being controlled by a Design Table should not trigger this message. Rather this message should only be triggered when attempting to actually change.
