Has anybody noticed that when you are zooming into a drawing view and trying to put a dimension between two edges that SolidWorks likes to put the dimension text right underneath your cursor?  This doesn't happen every time, but often enough that it can be a real pain in the neck.  When it exhibits this behavior, it is very difficult to select the desired line and generally requires a few tries before you select the correct edges.  Is there a setting in options that can keep this from happening?  I have seen this behavior for many years on many different computers.
