Dimensioning position/angle of 5 axis hole

So this isn't a solidworks question so much as a general drawing question, but I have some one-off parts that I need to dimension pairs of 5 axis holes on.  Is there a clean way to do this on a paper drawing?  Part of me wants to just put the point of surface intersection and the direction cosines on the drawing and call it a day, but most of me thinks thats less than helpful.  Just to make it more confusing it's a multistep hole (spotface, then counter bore, then blind tapped hole) and I have to be dead-nuts on position and angle since it's an alignment hole.  Does anyone have any thoughts or standards they can share on how this would best be done?  Thanks in advance.
