Detailing a part drawing and went to add dimension from one line to another. The dimension is 4.00 mm across. But when I set down the dimension it defaults to 4 without the trailing zeros. It does not make any difference if I change the decimals from two, three, or four place decimals. It still only shows 4. I've been through the settings and see no way to change it.

What is causing this to happen? It is only this one particular dimension that is affected.
