This is a rudimentary, cosmetic problem I have (please see attachment).  In all the drawing examples I've seen, they have the dimensions set nice and pretty, evenly set to above and below, like the example to the right.  But when I try and set a tolerance, the negative is adjacent to the units and the positive is above (ex. left).  How is it done to where my tolerances are set like the example on the right?
