I would like to be able to dimension to the outside tangent of two circles in a drawing. In a sketch, I can do this by holding shift, and then selecting the circle. But in the drawing, this does not work. Does anyone know why, or how to measure to the outside without having to sketch in vertical lines and dimension off of them?
