Am I missing a setting?  We didn't have this issue before SW2016.  We are on sp2.0

In options, under general tab I have Input dimension value checked so the modify box pops up.

I make a dimension.  

after you place dimension:		dimension automatically unhighlights:
	half a sec later -->

Half a second later, the text unhighlights and you can no longer type over the value.  Most of the time i start typing, hit enter and end up with some bastard number for my value.  Other times, I remember so you make the extra clicks to modify the dimension, time killer.  Note, this is regarding new dimensions.
