A typical hole callout I may have in a drawing looks like: 6 x .15, which is actually 'NUM_INST' x 'hw-diam'

When I export this to a dwg or dxf it initially looks correct, but if you do any update, such as Move, it shows me that instead of being 6 x <>, it's <> x .15 so in this case it'll say "0 x .15". Does anyone know how to change the default "measurement value" from 'NUM_INST' to 'hw-diam'? I checked and if I switch the order the problem persists. If I get rid of 'NUM_INST' then 'hw-diam' will come through right. I can also explode it, but then I'll have people complaining about the dimensions not being associative. I can also say that AutoCAD and Draftsight both behave this way, so I believe it's on SolidWork's end. I have SolidWorks 2013 SP 0.0.
