What's the trick to creating an aligned dimension?  It used to be so easy (years ago)

I want to dimension a sheet metal flange aligned to the flange face & tangent to a radius edge.  I had to draw a sketch line to dimension to.  There must be a better way.  Note the 1.16 dimension.
