All my drawing templates are setup to have the horizontal dimension to be placed between the extension lines and not over it, it's a very straight forward button on the dims tab.  But I just got a new PC and installed the latest service pack (SP3) for 2020 and now it seems that no matter what choice I make it is always above the line.  I assume this is a bug, but thought I would ask to see if anyone else running 2020 has seen this issue.
