Hello;

    I added a feature to a model, which lead to some dimensions going to the olive drab color in the drawing. Usally I try to grab the endpoints, & re-attach them, but there's

a little mouse icon that comes up, & blocks me out from grabbing the endpoints of the dims. The mouse has arrows horizontal & vertical, & a circle half white & half black. I don't remember this getting in the way in the past. Did I toggle something on? How can I grab the endpoints of the dims. I also tried filtering on dims, still the mouse knocked me out.
