Is there a way to sketch with a tablet (Cintiq) in SW?

I have used Studio tools by Autodesk (use to be Alias wavefront) to sketch either on a model, and give more of a conceptual feel, or sketch directly on a plane, to use as a starting point for a model.  And, I know PTC is now offering this capability in their software ( http://www.ptc.com/products/proe/proconcept/proconcept_datasheet.pdf )...

Is this possible in 2010 or 2011?
