I started using solidworks 2011 until 2016 version, i always try this it exist.

Try to create a plane about 280mm above top plane then draw a block in line with the z-axis. Then create a construction line at the top plane to serves as a reference for circular

pattern. then try to use the circular pattern and see what will happen. please let me know
