It's possible to add a diameter dimension manually as the image attached ?

The dimension came from the items import.

I tried to pick on the virtual axis and then the bottom edge.

I tried to pick on the virtual axis and then the bottom right edge point.

I tried to pick on the reference line sketch and then the bottom edge.

I tried to pick on the reference line sketch and then the bottom right edge point.

I tried to pick on the centerlines and then the bottom edge.

I tried to pick on the centerlines and then the bottom right edge point....

...goes over the middle, but the dimension doesn't become the entire diameter.

It's possible ?
